Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for supporting Hiring Process for our Emmies across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling.
  • You will learn to use our resources in a dynamic way to increase speed and quality of our Recruiting Process.
  • You will manage interview scheduling and act as the main point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
  • You will cooperate within a multicultural team improving the recruitment process, candidate experience and time to offer .
  • You will support administrative tasks related to applicants tracking, referrals, and recruiting events when needed.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop as an interviewer and lead screening calls 
  • Who we're looking for:

  • You are available to start 1st of November 2026
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • You are knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly Excel.
  • You have a critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks.
  • You are people-oriented and thrive through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • You can create structure, have a strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientation.
  • You are currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
  • You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
