As a QMS Senior Project Manager, you will guide life sciences clients through their digital quality transformation journey, ensuring seamless adoption of electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, align solutions with business and regulatory requirements, and deliver value-driven outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, provide strategic guidance, and drive best practices across quality processes. You will also deliver training and workshops, mentor stakeholders, and foster long-term partnerships. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage eQMS implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality goals are met.
  • Configure and optimize quality management solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and communicate best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to strengthen client expertise in quality management processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and estimates.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with or for life sciences companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of core QMS processes, including Document Management, Training Management, Audit Management, Risk Management, Change Control, and CAPA Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver training, presentations, and coaching effectively.
  • Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in life sciences is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical orientation and problem-solving skills.
