Project Manager - Remote (US)

This role is central to driving the successful launch of new products by connecting strategy to execution. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that initiatives—especially those involving co-manufacturers—are delivered efficiently and on schedule. The position requires balancing multiple priorities, mitigating risks, and providing clear, actionable updates to leadership. You will foster collaboration, maintain high standards of quality, and continuously improve processes. Success in this role directly impacts the timely delivery and overall quality of product launches, supporting both operational excellence and business growth.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, translating complex requirements into actionable strategies while prioritizing efficiency and quality.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Present project updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor potential obstacles and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, ensure adherence to internal procedures and external regulations, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee execution at co-manufacturing sites, maintaining accountability for timelines and milestone achievement.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes problem-solving and team engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in a manufacturing or product launch environment.
• Experience collaborating with co-manufacturers or external partners is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable plans.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support project planning, execution, and alignment.
