This role offers the opportunity to manage clinical trial projects from initiation through closeout while ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency in all activities. As a Project Manager I, you will coordinate study start-up, data management, and regulatory documentation, while providing support to clinical sites, reading centers, and clients. The position involves hands-on management of study-specific software platforms, user training, and quality control, ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Accountabilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned clinical trial projects from start-up through closeout.
  • Coordinate and maintain controlled documents, including Master Project Files and study-specific materials.
  • Perform data upload, quality control, and report generation within study software platforms.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to clinical sites, reading centers, and clients.
  • Prepare study start-up materials, conduct meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Participate in project meetings, status updates, and internal or sponsor communications.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support problem-solving and process improvements to enhance study efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health-related, biological science, computer science, data entry, customer service, or business management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical trial or project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn study-specific software platforms.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and adaptability to meet project requirements.
