We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and scaling of global mobility and immigration programs across multiple regions. This role will focus on building scalable frameworks, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance while enabling business growth. You will collaborate closely with HR, legal, and regional teams to design efficient mobility solutions, manage vendors, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate combines deep regional immigration knowledge, strong program management expertise, and a passion for creating streamlined, employee-centric processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of global mobility initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and enhance internal immigration and global mobility programs to reduce reliance on external providers and align with business needs.
  • Create scalable policies, processes, and frameworks to manage work authorizations, immigration compliance, and cross-border mobility effectively.
  • Evaluate current operations to identify opportunities for centralization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with leadership to pilot new mobility capabilities, including system integrations and vendor optimization.
  • Monitor global immigration and regulatory changes to ensure proactive program updates and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, legal, and business teams to align mobility strategies with broader workforce initiatives.
  • Manage and develop vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and data management for all mobility and immigration activities.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or related program management roles.
  • Strong understanding of immigration frameworks and compliance requirements across key regions (e.g., EMEA, U.S., APAC).
  • Proven experience developing or scaling global mobility programs with operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, repeatable processes that meet compliance and business needs.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and driving accountability and service quality.
