Product Manager

 

Join Fresha as a Product Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Product, and play a key role in driving innovation and growth across our platform. You will own the strategy and roadmap for a set of core product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions!

Our product organisation is structured into three core tribes: Money, Growth, and Performance. Product Managers are aligned to a tribe based on their experience, business priorities, and where they can have the greatest impact.

Partner with internal stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, to align product strategy with company goals.

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes clearly, fostering transparency and strong collaboration across teams.

Conduct market and user research to inform product direction and identify opportunities.

Develop and own a clear, forward-thinking product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Define and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term value.

Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through to launch and continuous iteration.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define and deliver effective product solutions.

Continuously improve user journeys and experiences across key areas of the product.

Monitor and optimise key performance metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, and business impact.
