Product Designer (Remote - US)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive strategic, creative, and user-centered design initiatives across digital products. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders, shaping end-to-end design solutions while mentoring junior designers and fostering a strong design culture. You will have the opportunity to influence client strategy, execute hands-on design work, and lead workshops that turn complex challenges into actionable insights. The role offers a balance of leadership, creativity, and collaboration in a dynamic, client-facing environment, where your design expertise will directly impact both product quality and business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead end-to-end design for complex, user-centered digital products.

·         Manage key client relationships and guide strategic design direction.

·         Plan and facilitate workshops to transform challenges into actionable design solutions.

·         Mentor junior designers, building design talent and strengthening team culture.

·         Collaborate with researchers, developers, and product teams to execute design initiatives.

·         Drive internal design process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

·         5+ years of experience in UX/product design, including leadership or mentorship experience.

·         Proven ability in client-facing and consultative roles.

·         Strong portfolio showcasing diverse case studies, processes, and outcomes.

·         Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and related platforms.

·         Excellent communication skills, including verbal, visual, and written presentation abilities.

·         User-first mindset with a passion for elegant, functional, and impactful design solutions.

·         Comfortable working remotely and leading cross-functional, collaborative teams.
