Motion Graphic Designer (with Graphic Design Experience)

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: AEST/PH Time

Salary: $1,000 – $1,200 USD/month

A growing SaaS company serving thousands of churches worldwide, helping them create beautiful and affordable websites to better reach their communities, is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with strong graphic design experience to join its creative team.

In this role, you’ll create engaging videos that highlight new features and updates within the platform. You’ll work closely with the product and marketing teams to storyboard ideas, design visuals, and produce short, captivating videos for social media and YouTube.

You may also take on other creative projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new product features as they go live and plan corresponding highlight videos
• Design and animate motion graphics that showcase these features in a clear, visually appealing way
• Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and social campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to ensure brand consistency and tone
• Develop storyboards and design assets for video production
• Maintain an organized library of project files and templates for reuse
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, especially for SaaS product marketing
• Ensure videos meet platform specifications and quality standards
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and social media engagement

• Proven experience in motion graphics and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other similar design and animation tools
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, video composition, and animation principles
• Experience producing short-form content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of brand consistency
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with SaaS products or digital marketing is a plus
