A growing lifestyle brand, led by a TV personality and designer, is seeking a Content & Social Media Assistant to support its digital presence—primarily through the LTK (LikeToKnow.It) platform and TikTok. The brand shares inspiring content centered around seasonal décor, recipes, beauty, and style, with a mission to encourage simple, stylish living and create beautiful, welcoming spaces.
This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who enjoys developing purposeful content strategies and transforming ideas into visually engaging materials that connect with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate & Product Sourcing Support
- Research and source trending products aligned with brand aesthetics across platforms such as LTK, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Stay informed on seasonal and lifestyle trends relevant to home, fashion, and beauty.
- Identify high-performing and top-selling products suitable for affiliate content.
2. Content Creation & Repurposing
- Create collages, carousels, stories, and reels using existing photo and video materials provided by the client.
- Repurpose original content into multiple creative formats tailored for various platforms.
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand captions that align with each platform’s audience and tone.
- Design branded, visually cohesive graphics for social media and affiliate platforms.
3. Platform Strategy & Organization
- Assist in developing an intentional content framework for each platform (LTK, TikTok, Instagram) to ensure relevance and audience alignment.
- Maintain and organize a shared content calendar, coordinating weekly and monthly themes, product launches, and seasonal moments.
- Support consistent and timely content rollout in alignment with brand objectives and campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating visually engaging graphics.
- Strong understanding of LTK, TikTok, and Instagram platforms.
- Excellent written English with the ability to craft concise, compelling captions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Good to Have:
- Experience collaborating with influencers, affiliate programs, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
