This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact SaaS implementations for strategic clients, ensuring smooth adoption of advanced software solutions. You will coordinate across multiple teams to deliver projects on time, in scope, and on budget while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Acting as a key liaison between technical, operational, and client-facing teams, you will influence outcomes and drive process improvements. The position requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer focus, and hands-on project management, in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. You will also contribute to scaling implementation processes and supporting partner ecosystem growth.
Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of multiple client implementations, overseeing deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
- Lead project execution, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and under-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for project issues and risks.
- Align internal and external teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Build, maintain, and track project timelines, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal Engineers, Support, and Customer Success teams from kickoff to go-live.
- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and scaling efforts for implementation operations.
- Enable, support, and co-deliver with implementation partners to expand the partner ecosystem.
- Operate independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant role in SaaS.
- Clear understanding of SaaS implementation methodology and professional services delivery.
- Experience managing complex technical projects including agile sprint planning, UAT, QA, and software release processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate escalations and difficult conversations effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bias toward action, with a focus on driving outcomes and delivering customer value.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
