• Sit on the Americas Leadership team and co-shape the region's strategy.
• Drive strategic finance initiatives that build the future of Emma's finance function in the Americas.
• Lead cross-functional projects with teams across the region and globally, and own the results.
• Turn data into recommendations that inform decisions across the business.
• Review, improve, and where needed redesign internal processes and operating structures — for the region and at global scale.
• Shape team structure and composition, as well as develop future leaders.

• 7+ years in commercial finance or related fields.
• Deep finance expertise, with the ability to pick up new topics fast.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication — able to translate complex financial information for any stakeholder.
• Self-reliant and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A strategic, creative thinker who manages stakeholders and priorities well under pressure.
• Adaptable, with a clear read on what matters most in a fast-changing environment.
• Curious and solution-oriented — always looking for a better way.
• A track record of scoping projects well and delivering results fast.
