Games Project Manager (Remote - Europe)

As a Games Project Manager, you will lead creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality gaming projects on time and aligned with stakeholder priorities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration and driving clarity in planning and execution. Your role will involve guiding teams through Agile processes, ensuring smooth delivery, and fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage project delivery from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and business teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholder priorities.
• Guide teams to find optimal solutions, remove blockers, and maintain focus on project objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, mentoring members, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in project management within the gaming or digital product space.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project planning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for gaming and a creative approach to project challenges.
