FullStack Engineer (Node/React/Crypto/Web3) (Remote - LAtam)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FullStack Engineer (Node/React/Crypto/Web3) in Latin America.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Web3 and blockchain applications, delivering seamless full-stack solutions that bridge traditional web experiences with decentralized technology. This position values technical ownership, innovation, and a strong understanding of both frontend and backend systems in the Web3 space.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for frontend and backend systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Integrate Web3 technologies, including smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain APIs, into the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical discussions.
• Ensure applications are optimized, secure, and maintainable across distributed systems.
• Continuously explore new Web3 and blockchain technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Understanding of smart contract integrations and blockchain fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, NFTs, or decentralized finance platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
