Full Stack Engineer (Remote - Europe)

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a dynamic, innovation-driven environment focused on building high-performance, scalable solutions for decentralized finance. You’ll design and implement intuitive interfaces, robust backend systems, and automation tools that empower blockchain operations across major networks. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced team, you’ll contribute to cutting-edge projects that enhance transparency, speed, and efficiency in the crypto ecosystem. Accountabilities:

• Design and build powerful interfaces and internal tools to support validator operations, MEV experiments, and on-chain automation.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Solana engineers to transform complex protocol-level ideas into intuitive and usable systems.
• Participate in product design discussions, ensuring performance, scalability, and user experience are top priorities.
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components for web applications.
• Work in short development cycles, delivering MVPs, gathering user feedback, and iterating quickly.
• Ensure data visibility, reliability, and transparency for complex blockchain systems.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality digital products within tight deadlines.
• Background working in early-stage or agile product teams with rapid iteration.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, validator tools, or MEV reporting UIs.
• Familiarity with on-chain automation, compounding systems, or blockchain keepers.
• Strong skills in:
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs
• Frontend: React or similar reactive frameworks
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• DevOps: Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in UX design and innovative interface solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional team.
