We’re looking for skilled OSP professionals across the U.S. to support fiber construction and engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale initiatives while collaborating with a dedicated remote team.

Available Roles and Short Descriptions:

  • OSP Design Resource Engineering Manager: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all OSP design activities, providing expert guidance on fiber network architecture and deployment (aerial and underground). Oversee our design operations, lead offshore design teams, and drive quality across our fiber network engineering programs.
  • OSP Field Engineering Manager: Oversee field engineering activities for OSP fiber projects, ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations, manage field crews, and coordinate with engineering and construction teams for on-time project execution;
  • OSP Design Engineer III: Lead the design of complex OSP fiber networks, prepare construction drawings and documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters;
  • OSP Design Engineer I: Support planning and layout of fiber networks, assist in producing HLDs, and maintain accurate field data using industry design tools;
  • OSP Permit Specialist I: Support the permitting process for OSP fiber projects by preparing applications, tracking approvals, coordinating with municipalities and utility agencies, and ensuring timely submission of required documentation.

Requirements

  • U.S.-based candidates only with legal authorization to work in the United States;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in OSP engineering, permitting, or fiber network design (more for senior roles);
  • Solid understanding of FTTH/FTTP architecture, construction methods, and industry standards (NESC, NEC, PLA, MRE);
  • Proficiency with design platforms such as IQGEO, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Katapult, Vetro, or similar;
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, job prints, and permitting documents;
  • Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment with minimal supervision;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple teams and time zones;
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality control;
  • Familiarity with project documentation, deliverable tracking, and revision control practices.
