Director, AI Platform - Product Management (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a next-generation AI platform, enabling intelligent, context-aware decision-making across enterprise solutions. You will define the platform vision, integrate advanced AI capabilities, and oversee development of scalable, secure, and modular systems. The role combines technical leadership, product strategy, and developer enablement to drive platform adoption and measurable business impact. You will collaborate with engineering, research, and business teams to ensure that the platform delivers enterprise-grade performance, supports innovative AI applications, and fosters a thriving developer ecosystem. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Lead end-to-end platform development, integrating AI/ML services, workflow automation, agent orchestration, and data hub services.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and extensibility for high-volume, multi-tenant enterprise workloads.
• Partner with engineering teams to create modular architectures enabling rapid solution development.
• Build and maintain a developer ecosystem with SDKs, APIs, documentation, sample agents, and solution accelerators.
• Collaborate with GTM, customer success, and partner teams to translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics, including API usage, developer satisfaction, deployment speed, and ROI.
• Embed AI platform capabilities into enterprise applications across various operational areas.

• 8+ years of experience in product management or platform leadership, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML, knowledge systems, or data platforms.
• Proven experience with ontology-based architectures, knowledge graphs, or semantic data models.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and LLM integration.
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and research teams on embeddings, reasoning logic, and evaluation metrics.
• Track record of successfully launching or scaling AI-powered enterprise platforms or products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related field; experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex; familiarity with enterprise knowledge management or decision intelligence tools.
