This role places you at the intersection of technology, operations, and business transformation, guiding new partners through end-to-end digital adoption. You will lead onboarding initiatives for distributor partners, translating complex ERP and operational workflows into actionable plans that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on position where you will engage directly with stakeholders across all levels, from CEOs to IT teams, and manage projects from kickoff through successful adoption. You will simplify complexity, ensure smooth integrations, and create repeatable processes that improve future onboarding cycles. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts partner success and accelerates growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for assigned distributor partners, managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analyze business processes, ERP systems, and operational workflows to develop clear, actionable implementation plans.
  • Translate complex requirements from multiple stakeholders into prioritized tasks and realistic execution strategies.
  • Drive adoption and engagement post-launch, monitoring usage and creating interventions to maximize partner success.
  • Develop and refine playbooks and best practices to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to internal teams and partner executives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Troubleshoot systemic issues in integrations, workflows, or network-level systems and provide sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, ERP implementation, or technical project management.
  • Strong experience with ERPs (e.g., Aspen, Entree, AFS, NetSuite) and familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and integrations.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and make decisions under pressure.
  • Bonus: experience in food distribution, supply chain, or consulting environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and based in North America.
