In this role, you will apply data science expertise to solve real-world problems while actively supporting clients through the full lifecycle of data-driven projects. You will co-develop production-level models, analyze complex datasets, and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal teams. The role requires a balance of technical skill and communication, as you will translate sophisticated analytical solutions into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with opportunities to build tools, automate workflows, and develop innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance client success, platform capabilities, and the adoption of AI and machine learning solutions across industries.

Accountabilities:

  • Co-develop production-level data science projects with clients, from design through deployment.
  • Analyze and investigate diverse datasets and machine learning applications across industries.
  • Provide consultative support, including training, office hours, and guidance to help clients leverage AI tools effectively.
  • Develop custom Python or R-based plugins to extend platform functionality, in collaboration with product and R&D teams.
  • Offer data science expertise internally to sales, marketing, and product teams, translating insights into practical strategies.
  • Continuously explore new modeling techniques, technologies, and approaches to improve client outcomes and platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience with machine learning tools and building models (Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization and familiarity with data systems such as Cloud architectures, Hadoop, or SQL.
  • Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Empathy and a collaborative mindset, with a commitment to supporting colleagues and clients.
  • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing data science roles, data engineering, or MLOps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WebApps development (JavaScript, RShiny, Dash) or building APIs is desirable.
