Data Scientist (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate needs and define data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models and AI systems.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to multi-modal datasets.
• Implement cloud-based solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and containerized environments.
• Promote best practices in CI/CD, AI ethics, and model governance.
• Communicate findings to leadership clearly, translating technical insights into business impact.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and API integration.
• Experience with LLMs, vector embeddings, transformer architectures, and generative AI techniques (including RAG).
• Knowledge of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Huggingface-transformers).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or equivalent languages (5+ years).
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
