Accountabilities:

  • Assist in improving data processes, accuracy, and accessibility across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data access and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Interest in financial services, insurance, or digital marketing analytics preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
