Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager in the United States.
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic platform that connects creators, brands, and consumers in a thriving digital marketplace. You will assist in designing and optimizing end-to-end product experiences, including campaign creation, negotiation, digital contracting, secure payments, and performance tracking. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to launch and post-launch optimization—while supporting initiatives that drive revenue growth for creators and deliver measurable value to brands. This role is ideal for an ambitious, analytical, and collaborative professional eager to grow into a full Product Manager position and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Assist senior PMs in translating strategic vision into actionable product plans and roadmap items.
- Support feature definition, user story creation, backlog management, and trade-off discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features, identify issues, and ensure requirements are met across devices and international markets.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from usability tests, surveys, and support channels to inform product decisions.
- Support initiatives around campaign proposals, negotiation, digital contracting, and payment systems.
- Analyze data to generate insights that inform future features and roadmap priorities.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate insights, while learning to leverage emerging technologies in product decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product, analytics, design, or a related field; internships or project experience also considered.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, FullStory, Looker, or Athena.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), documenting requirements, managing user stories and epics, and participating in ceremonies with engineering and design teams.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
- Collaborative, growth-oriented, and adaptable with excellent communication and influence skills.
- Interest in digital marketing, ad-tech, and performance-driven metrics; exposure to platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to balance strategic learning and tactical execution.
