Zoho One CRM & Automation Specialist

RemoteVA PH is looking for an experienced Zoho One CRM & Automation Specialist to centralize, simplify, and optimize operations within Zoho One. Our team is committed to leveraging technology and innovation to drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enhance client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Zoho applications and AI-driven automation, with proven experience in CRM cleanup, workflow design, dashboard creation, and developing customer-facing portals.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Cleanup & Data Management

• Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM
• Deduplicate and standardize data across modules for accuracy and consistency
• Implement AI-powered tools for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment

Workflow Automation

• Design and implement automated workflows in Zoho CRM (Deals & Leads modules)
• Streamline lead-to-deal conversion processes
• Create task automation to reduce manual input and improve efficiency

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build customized dashboards for real-time visibility of company KPIs
• Provide insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and client activity
• Enable leadership to track progress toward goals at a glance

Customer Portals & Engagement

• Develop branded customer portals for borrowers and clients
• Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress tracking
• Incorporate AI-driven tools to enhance customer interactions and support

AI & Integration

• Utilize Zoho AI features (Zia, AI-driven workflows, chatbots, etc.)
• Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a seamless platform
• Ensure scalability and best practices to support long-term business growth

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.)
• Strong background in workflow automation, CRM customization, and integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools and features within Zoho (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and client portal development preferred
