Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and can efficiently handle a wide range of administrative and research tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Conduct online research, compile data, and prepare organized reports or summaries
  • Manage and update spreadsheets, trackers, and other documentation using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain digital files and records for easy access and organization
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and project coordination
  • Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication and minimal accent
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and online tools
  • Strong internet research skills and ability to analyze and summarize findings logically
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in administrative support, research, or coordination roles preferred
  • A professional attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
