Zoho Expert & Automation Specialist (Commercial Real Estate/Lending)

🌟 What You’ll Do

-CRM Cleanup & Data Management

-Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM.

-Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

-Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment.

Workflow Automation

-Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module.

-Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes.

-Build task automation to maximize team productivity.

Reporting & Dashboards

-Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs.

-Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.

-Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Customer Portals & Engagement

-Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients.

-Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress.

-Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions.

-AI & Integration

-Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.).

-Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform.

-Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience with Zoho One application, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.

-Required: Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.

-Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.

-Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions
