Xactimate Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Xactimate Estimator to join our team. The role involves creating detailed and accurate estimates for mitigation and reconstruction projects related to water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. A strong understanding of construction processes and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop accurate estimates using Xactimate for restoration and reconstruction projects.

-Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are considered.

-Review plans and perform takeoffs using Planswift.

-Maintain and organize project estimates and data in MS Excel.

-Stay updated on industry standards and incorporate the latest cost databases (e.g., -RS Means, Symbility).

Qualifications:

-Proven experience with Xactimate software.

-Strong knowledge of construction and restoration processes.

-Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

-Preferred Certifications:

-Xactimate Certification

-IICRC Certification (e.g., WRT, ASD)

-Experience with Symbility and/or RS Means is a plus.
