We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workday Program Coordinator to optimize and manage Workday applications across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, business leaders, and centers of excellence to ensure Workday aligns with business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining documentation, supporting onboarding/offboarding workflows, and streamlining processes for a large workforce. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR systems, project coordination, and process optimization, capable of managing multiple priorities while driving efficiency and clear communication. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on HR operations and system effectiveness.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Workday applications with organizational needs.
- Support project execution during high-volume periods, ensuring documentation, testing, and system alignment.
- Maintain and optimize contingent workforce processes, including onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Assist in foundational HR operations tasks to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate clear communication between HR, IT, and business teams to accelerate project timelines.
- Track and document system processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support compliance efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the effectiveness of Workday and HR operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems, Workday, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating across teams and supporting large-scale HR operations (17,000–20,000 workforce).
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred (e.g., SAP, ADP, Dayforce).
- Ability to perform physical requirements related to workstation tasks and occasional lifting, as needed.
