Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of wireless accounts to foster strong client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and requests
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive customer savings, meet customer needs, and save them time
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Prepare and present reports on account performance
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications account management or sales
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts successfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to working overtime as needed to keep up with client needs
