This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled web designer who can combine aesthetics with functionality to deliver high-quality websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually engaging and SEO-friendly websites while ensuring seamless user experiences. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring professional communication and adherence to deadlines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and bring innovative design solutions to life. Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and high-performing websites.

·         Apply creative problem-solving to enhance user experience and website functionality.

·         Utilize graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, to create engaging visuals.

·         Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and adhere to technical best practices.

·         Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote work environment.

·         Maintain professional communication and meet project deadlines consistently.

·         3–5 years of industry experience in website design and development.

·         Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop.

·         Proven experience creating high-ranking, responsive websites.

·         Excellent IT skills and familiarity with design and photo editing tools.

·         Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining communication standards.

·         Computer specifications meeting minimum requirements (Intel, AMD, or Mac systems with sufficient RAM, SSD storage, and graphics capabilities).

·         Reliable internet connection and backup, with minimum upload/download speeds and low latency.
