· Collaborate with project leads, designers, and clients to deliver projects on time.
· Optimize website performance, including site speed, SEO basics, and security considerations.
· Set up local development environments for testing and deployment.
· Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress effectively in a remote team.
Requirements
· 1–2 years of professional WordPress development experience (excluding WordPress.com).
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
· Experience with mobile-responsive design, cross-browser testing, and development best practices.
· Comfortable using WHM/cPanel and managing deployments.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to find solutions independently.
· Good design sense and ability to select and optimize images.
· Reliable internet connection, computer, and communication tools for remote work.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with WPBakery, Divi, Total, or Elementor themes.
· Website backup, transfer, and deployment experience.
· Basic graphics skills using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
· Introductory SEO knowledge, including keywords, headings, and sitemaps.
