Duties and Responsibilities:

• Amazon Image Optimization: Develop and optimize Amazon Image 1 (main image) and supporting images for maximum click-through and conversion.
• A++ Content & Storefront Design: Create A+ and Premium A++ content modules, Amazon storefront pages, and custom brand experiences aligned with best practices.
• AI-Enhanced Design: Use AI tools (image upscaling, background cleanup, product mockups etc.) to accelerate design workflows and improve visual quality.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Research competitors’ product pages and storefronts, identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Product Photography Support: Edit and retouch product photos, ensuring consistency and brand standards across Amazon and other platforms.
• Cross-Platform Design: Support digital design needs for e-commerce, email campaigns, and social media while prioritizing Amazon.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain visual alignment across all customer touchpoints.
• Project Delivery: Manage multiple design projects remotely and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
• Full catalogue (650+ SKUs)
• Future work: video, 360 images and continuous A/B testing.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years Direct Amazon listing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and image enhancement tools.
• Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and ability to design with conversion in mind.
• Excellent time management and communication skills in a remote setting.

• Understanding of Amazon best practices

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with 360° product image setup for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with video creation and editing for product listings and A++ content
