Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer Customer service emails, messages and all inbound inquiries for the business (via website portals).
- Reach out to customers who have initiated checkouts but have not yet purchased and help where possible.
- Manage customer email correspondence, ensuring all inquiries are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle warranty-related concerns, ensuring proper coordination and resolution in line with company policies.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including order confirmation, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Provide support for general customer service inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to online chats, ensuring quick and effective communication with customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers who have shown purchase intent to ensure their questions or concerns are resolved.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, handling diverse client inquiries and providing quality support.
- Bachelor’s degree holder or undergraduate with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Gmail and other email communication tools.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer support platforms is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for working with Australian clients and businesses.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic, punctuality, and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing the best customer experience.
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes.
- Must have own computer/laptop, stable internet connection, and necessary work equipment

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm Brisbane Time
