Job Description

RemoteVA PH is looking for a Tenant Collections & Relations Specialist to manage tenant communications, ensure timely rent collection, and maintain strong tenant satisfaction.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and confident in managing payment follow-ups and building positive relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle tenant relations by maintaining open and professional communication.

-Ensure on-time rent and payment collections through consistent follow-ups.

-Manage and track collections activities using AppFolio and Asana.

-Record and update all payment-related data accurately in the system.

-Address tenant concerns promptly and coordinate with property managers when necessary.

-Identify and escalate any payment delays or issues requiring management attention.

-Support process improvements to increase collection efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

-Proven experience in collections, tenant management, or property administration.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).

-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

-Familiarity with AppFolio and Asana is highly required.

-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

-Strong customer service orientation with a professional and empathetic approach.
