We are seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join a fast-paced, innovative team on a temporary basis. The role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of web applications, with a focus on React for front-end development and Python for backend services. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and design teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions, improving user experience, and maintaining high-quality, production-ready code. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic startup environment and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge automation and AI-driven workflows. The role is remote, immediate start, and spans 3–6 months with possible extension.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).

·         Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement functional and scalable solutions.

·         Convert prototype or vibe-coded implementations into clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

·         Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

·         Work with relational or NoSQL databases to manage, store, and retrieve data efficiently.

·         Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and uphold engineering standards.

·         Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure seamless performance and user experience.

·         Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools.

·         2–3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

·         Hands-on experience with React and Python in web application development.

·         Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and integration with third-party services.

·         Familiarity with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

·         Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative startup environment.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
