Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to guide therapy
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work culture
Requirements
✅ Education & Licensure
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing
- Prior experience with telehealth preferred but not required
✅ Experience & Competencies
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client engagement
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems
✅ Preferred
- Experience with diverse client populations and settings
- Training in trauma-informed care and/or mindfulness practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment
