This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Co-ordinator in India.
In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between clients and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of technical issues. You will coordinate support requests, monitor ongoing tickets, and escalate critical concerns when needed. The position offers a dynamic environment where you’ll collaborate with talented engineers while directly contributing to client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented approach, balancing technical understanding with strong communication skills. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and support tools while playing a vital part in delivering flawless client experiences. Night shifts are part of the schedule, offering flexibility and the chance to work across global time zones.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with clients to address minor issues and reproduce technical problems.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely updates on ticket progress.
- Escalate high-priority requests to the technical team for resolution.
- Engage proactively with clients through daily updates and follow-ups, ensuring alignment between clients and internal teams.
- Document and track support tickets to maintain accurate records and ensure accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues and process enhancements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing IT roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, programming concepts, and computer architecture.
- Familiarity with support tools such as Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress platform.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM) and adapt to flexible schedules.
