Technical Lead, Software Engineering - Angular and React - India

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive the development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications. In this role, you will oversee the technical direction of projects, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and mentor engineers to elevate technical capabilities across the team. Accountabilities:

·         Lead the technical strategy and implementation for front-end projects from conceptualization through deployment.

·         Make informed trade-offs between performance, correctness, and customer impact to deliver high-quality solutions.

·         Establish and maintain coding standards, documentation practices, and repository management across projects.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineering, to guide architecture and influence product direction.

·         Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to security, reliability, and performance standards.

·         Mentor senior engineers and team members, fostering technical growth through communities of practice and project-level guidance.

·         Minimum 7+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3+ years hands-on in Angular and 3+ years in React.

·         Proven ability to design and deliver scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries.

·         Strong experience with TypeScript, state management tools (NgRx, Redux, Zustand, or React Query), and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS/SCSS).

·         Hands-on knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest).

·         Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) and internationalization (i18n) best practices.

·         Excellent collaboration, mentorship, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and elevate engineering standards.
