This role offers an exciting opportunity to support clients in implementing and optimizing enterprise SaaS solutions. You will work closely with project leads to manage data collection, configuration, and user setup, ensuring a seamless go-live experience. The position involves collaborating across technical and customer success teams, reviewing system features, and submitting enhancement requests to development. This is a dynamic environment that rewards initiative, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You will gain hands-on experience with integrations, analytics, and SaaS technologies while helping clients achieve their business objectives efficiently.

Accountabilities:

  • Support client implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and accurate configuration.
  • Collect, review, and cleanse client data, performing necessary data transformations.
  • Configure application settings, user accounts, and permissions to meet client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, milestones, and requirements.
  • Review application functionality and submit enhancement requests to development teams.
  • Assist in driving process improvements and methodology enhancements for implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project leads, technical managers, and customer success.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, project documentation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas required).
  • Familiarity with Macros or data tools such as Alteryx is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on email, phone, and virtual communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and system configuration.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and open to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
