Tech Product Owner

Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us. As a Product Owner with a strong technical background, you will use your experience with Agile methodologies and your deep understanding of the SDLC to lead a team of developers crafting solutions.

Working with our team, you will be involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining  playable requirements, defining, working closely with the development and business; and leveraging solid communication with the stakeholders to guarantee constant progress and alignment. 

We are looking for Product Owner who have experience working with Platform Engineering and Reliability & Performance Engineering and can be the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams
• Ideally, previous experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and/or Platform Engineering environments.
• Proven track record of management skills in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Monitoring and observability concepts
• Metrics, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Infrastructure and/or application performance considerations
• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations.
• Effective communication skills
  

What you will be doing:

• Define the product vision and strategy for internal products related to observability, monitoring, and performance.
• Partner closely with Platform and SRE engineers to prioritize work and evolve internal tooling.
• Understand the needs of internal engineering teams and balance technical requirements with broader business goals.
• Manage the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and oversee delivery progress.
• Support initiatives that improve system scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in DevOps, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting.
