Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across our technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands the nuances of recruiting within a consulting or professional services organization. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring we continue to bring in people who align with both our business goals and our values.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles — from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing across social platforms, Workable, referrals, and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand current and future hiring needs, translating them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and internal teams.
  • Develop and refine long-term recruitment strategies aligned with our growth plans and company vision.
  • Deliver insights and analytics on hiring trends, time-to-hire, and pipeline health to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and culture.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to align hiring with workforce planning and business goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a consulting agency or technology services environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable style.
  • High degree of discretion when managing sensitive or confidential information.
  • Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and metrics to inform recruitment strategy and process improvements.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a track record of quickly learning new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Experience using Workable ATS (or similar) to manage and report on recruiting activity.
