We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. The role involves working with modern .NET Core technologies, front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, and microservices architectures deployed on cloud platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, deliver robust solutions, and contribute to both technical strategy and hands-on development. This is an opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in enterprise-grade software solutions across diverse projects and platforms.

Accountabilities:

·        Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.

·        Collaborate with product managers, designers, and global engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

·        Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and production rollouts.

·        Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance to the team.

·        Define solution architectures, choose appropriate technologies, and carry out proof-of-concepts for new designs.

·        Ensure best practices in application monitoring, logging, testing, and overall software quality.

Requirements

·        6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

·        Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).

·        Hands-on experience with Angular or React for front-end development.

·        Proven experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures.

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

·        Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Octopus and unit testing practices.

·        Strong problem-solving skills with OOPs, data structures, and algorithms.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
