This role is designed for an experienced technical and operational professional who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. The Senior Solution Architect will focus on delivering tailored solutions to strategic clients and prospects while driving operational efficiency across cross-functional teams. You will act as a subject-matter expert on products, programs, and best practices, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This position requires proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Collaboration, analytical insight, and a strong understanding of data operations are key to successfully executing strategic initiatives. You will work in a flexible, supportive environment that values innovation and encourages professional growth.
Accountabilities:
- Lead on-demand complex solution design requests for strategic clients and prospects, managing assigned portfolios as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Operations Enablement, Account Management, Implementation, and Sales to provide strategic guidance for feature and functionality releases.
- Own or contribute to organizational efficiency and strategic development projects, ensuring operational improvements are realized.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all products, programs, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions and guidance.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, recommendations, and strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and solutions, holding yourself accountable to project deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in technical operations, data engineering, EDI coordination, project management, or operational account support.
- Proven experience managing client or prospect relationships.
- Strong understanding of TPA and Wellbeing markets and related competitors.
- Subject-matter expertise in technical and operational aspects of SaaS platforms and products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, perform under pressure, and drive results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to navigate change and champion initiatives.
