This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Manager II in India.
In this role, you will own and drive the product strategy for AI-powered conversation intelligence, turning customer interactions into actionable insights that optimize business processes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features while engaging with customers to deeply understand their needs. This position requires managing complex stakeholder relationships, balancing technical trade-offs, and ensuring enterprise readiness of the product. You will influence decisions across functional teams, contribute to roadmap planning, and guide product execution in a fast-paced, global environment. The role offers the opportunity to innovate at the intersection of AI and CRM, improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and rep productivity. You will also participate in shaping workflows that surface insights automatically, enabling teams to take informed actions with minimal friction. This position is fully remote within India, with occasional travel to Bengaluru as required.
Accountabilities:
- Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven conversation intelligence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product solutions.
- Drive enterprise readiness and improve core product experiences, ensuring scalability and quality.
- Influence stakeholders across functions to build alignment and support company-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to technical decisions, design clean product interfaces, and create scalable systems for insights and analytics.
- Support R&D efficiency by coordinating releases, leading scrums, and refining product development processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including users, customers, partners, and analysts.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features such as summaries, topic detection, real-time cues, and recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ecosystem integrations is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to convey technical and business topics to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, competitive market with ongoing product and market analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
