Sr Full Stack Developer (Remote - US)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in both Java-based back-end systems and modern front-end frameworks, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, efficient code. Candidates must reside within a four-hour driving distance from Ashburn, VA.

Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React and Angular.

·         Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

·         Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and web services for enhanced performance and reliability.

·         Apply modern authorization mechanisms, including JSON Web Tokens (JWT), to ensure secure data flow.

·         Manage state effectively using Redux Store and perform client-side optimizations for improved user experience.

·         Ensure responsive design using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, adhering to best practices in accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

·         Utilize development tools such as Webpack, NPM, Babel, and Node for efficient build and deployment processes.

·         Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance benchmarking to maintain high software quality standards.

·         Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; equivalent experience may be considered.

·         Proven experience with Java, JSF, Spring, and JavaScript frameworks.

·         Proficiency in at least two of the following: React, Angular, Redux, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, ES6, JWT, JSON, Webpack, Axios, NPM, or Node.

·         Strong understanding of the DOM, JavaScript object model, and RESTful API integrations.

·         Familiarity with modern front-end workflows and tools such as Babel, Webpack, and Node.

·         Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on performance optimization.

·         Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Background Investigation and Public Trust clearance prior to employment.

·         Resides within four hours driving distance from Ashburn, VA.
