Accountabilities:
- Act as a key technical point of contact during pre-sales and customer engagement, providing product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts by validating requirements, configuring solutions, and guiding partners through setup and integration.
- Support architectural design discussions, presenting proposed solutions and addressing detailed technical inquiries from stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to internal teams to improve product competitiveness and capabilities.
- Maintain regular technical and activity reports for leadership visibility.
- Represent the customer’s perspective internally by sharing product feedback and advocating for usability and performance improvements.
Requirements
- 12–14 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within pre-sales, integration, or customer support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Practical experience with API integrations, webhooks, REST/JSON/SOAP protocols, and enterprise systems integration.
- Basic understanding of containerization (Docker), mobile platform SDKs, and identity management technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, or RADIUS.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and prior exposure to biometric or access control solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
