In this role, you will partner with clients to design, implement, and deliver innovative technical solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. You will assess business and technical requirements, develop comprehensive solution architectures, and guide project execution to meet client objectives. This role requires translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans while collaborating with distributed teams. You will lead deployments, mentor team members, and ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate business and technical needs and propose comprehensive solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical visions and guide their execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including statements of work, to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead the validation, delivery, and deployment of solutions, maintaining high quality and performance standards.
  • Mentor and educate remote teams on solution designs, best practices, and technical standards.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing development experience with a strong focus on solution architecture and design.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with SaaS product lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams during Agile development cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and client-focused approach to addressing challenges and providing solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience in contact centers, telephony/VoIP, financial services, or healthcare technology. Familiarity with serverless, AI, big data, or emerging enterprise technologies, and relevant cloud or architecture certifications.
