Software Engineer - ServiceNow (Remote - US)

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow applications and integrations within a dynamic healthcare technology environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement software that enhances operational efficiency and user experience. The position combines hands-on development, troubleshooting, and system testing while supporting the continuous improvement of business processes. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and customizations.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions for end users.
• Conduct requirements analysis and generate detailed software design specifications.
• Participate in testing processes, including test review, analysis, and certification.
• Apply new technologies to enhance the capability and performance of software applications.
• Document software applications, systems, and related processes.
• Support web, mobile, and Windows applications using languages and frameworks including ASP.NET, C#, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, XHTML.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications required.
• Knowledge of relational databases, object-oriented programming, and software development best practices.
• Experience with application troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with healthcare technology systems or enterprise software solutions.
