This role is designed for a skilled software engineer who thrives at the intersection of product development, client-facing support, and solution consulting. You will work on SDK and API integrations, support external developers, and assist sales teams with technical demonstrations, contributing to the full lifecycle of software projects. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality, maintainable code across cloud-native SaaS platforms. You will also play a key role in onboarding and guiding SDK users, helping clients optimize workflows and integrations. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, innovative environment that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Onboard and train new SDK users through virtual sessions or occasional on-site visits.
  • Provide external SDK support, including troubleshooting, problem determination, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to scope and estimate projects accurately.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance backend and frontend components across the product suite.
  • Offer solution consulting to clients, addressing workflow gaps and operational challenges.
  • Write well-designed, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Support production operations, ensuring smooth system performance and timely incident resolution.
  • Contribute to team efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or client-facing development roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, SDKs, and deep API integrations.
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills in TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimal travel required (approximately 12 days or less per year).
