Software Engineer - FOS (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, helping deliver high-quality, maintainable products. The position emphasizes full-stack development, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure, providing exposure to both modernization and new feature development. You will participate in code reviews, support secure coding practices, and ensure system reliability and performance. This is a role for proactive engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges while contributing to the growth of a dynamic software platform.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality SaaS applications using modern development frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to application modernization, refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Support containerization and cloud deployments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, following best practices for security, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to deployment.
• Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and engineering best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React or similar) and backend development (.NET, Node.js, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, AWS, Docker, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, monitoring).
• Understanding of SOC2 or other compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with DevExpress is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and coding skills with attention to clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication and teamwork skills.
