Accountabilities:

• Develop and iterate on full-stack application features using Ruby on Rails 6.1, JavaScript, and React.
• Design, build, and maintain highly customized APIs and integrations for the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.
• Continuously improve development practices, including code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining software craftsmanship and performance standards.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software developer, with strong Ruby on Rails (6.1+) expertise.
• 2+ years of proven experience with React for building dynamic front-end applications.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for full-stack development.
• Experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
