Skilled Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and email templates.

E-commerce Site Management: Build and maintain websites using Wix or Shopify for e-commerce.

Calendar Management: Assist with organizing and managing the team's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deadlines.

Video Editing: Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing purposes.

Mass Mailing: Use Constant Contact to create and manage email campaigns and newsletters.

Social Media Management: Assist with managing the social media calendar and executing Facebook marketing campaigns.

AI Knowledge: Apply basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Canva for graphic design.

Ability to build and manage websites using Wix or Shopify.

Basic experience in video editing for marketing purposes.

Familiarity with Constant Contact for email campaigns and mass mailing.

Knowledge of social media calendar management and Facebook marketing.

Basic understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
